Thursday, April 25, 2024
Our Fifth Annual Nonprofit Symposium was held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at A.D. Players Theater. Of the nonprofit organizations that were invited to apply to participate, the Houston Philanthropy Circle Vetting Committee selected 16 nonprofit organizations to be featured at the Houston Philanthropy Circle Nonprofit Symposium.
This year, we had a panel discussion sharing valuable insights on effective giving practices so that we can all continue to evolve in maximizing the positive impact of our support.

History of the Nonprofit Symposium
We hosted our first Nonprofit Symposium at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas which was highly successful and brought together philanthropists with 24 faith-based non-profits presenting their mission in areas of education, healthcare, family services and homelessness.
While partnering with many philanthropic groups, our mission is to bring more philanthropists together to make a transformative difference in these nonprofits who are reaching out to the underserved in the Houston-Galveston region.
